Refund policy
At Eyrx, we want your kid to actually wear this gear — not have it sit in a drawer because it didn't fit or didn't hold up. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and our Size-Up Reward.
30-Day Returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a refund.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you.
- Exchanges follow the same 30-day window from delivery.
- You cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
- We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item to you.
- Email hello@eyrxactive.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for, and we'll get it moving.
Eyrx may modify, suspend, or discontinue this Returns and Exchanges policy, including the return window, eligibility, and shipping terms, at any time. Changes apply prospectively — the policy in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
Size-Up Reward
Kids grow. Gear should keep up. Qualifying purchases earn your household a reward toward a future bundle, so the next size up costs a little less.
Qualifying purchases currently include CoreFlex Shorts bundles (2-pack or 4-pack) purchased at regular or promotional bundle pricing. Eyrx may add, remove, or modify qualifying products and pricing thresholds at any time, including for future product lines.
One reward per household per 12 months. Rewards are issued at Eyrx's discretion following a qualifying purchase, are valid for a limited time from the date of issue, and will include their specific expiration date when issued. Eyrx may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Size-Up Reward program, including reward amounts, eligibility, and expiration terms, at any time. Rewards already issued will remain valid according to the terms disclosed at the time of issuance.

California Notice of Financial Incentive
If you are a California resident, the Size-Up Reward program may be considered a "financial incentive" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Participation involves Eyrx retaining your purchase history in order to identify qualifying purchases and issue rewards. You are not required to participate, and you may opt out or request that we delete your information at any time by emailing hello@eyrxactive.com — however, opting out or deleting your purchase history may affect our ability to identify qualifying purchases or issue rewards tied to that history. Changes to This Policy
This page may be updated from time to time. The Returns and Exchanges and Size-Up Reward sections above each include their own terms for how changes apply. For any other part of this page, Eyrx may update the policy at any time, and changes apply prospectively from the date they're posted.
